6 – 7pm on Thursday 17 May in the Victorian Market.
Join the Inverness Townscape Heritage Team for a cup of tea, coffee and home-baking.
Local historian Norman Newton has uncovered more historical gems surrounding the fateful fire of 1889, the faithful butcher’s dog, new links with Egypt and the grand reopening of the market in 1891.
The Victorian Market holds a unique range of traders, history, legends, sights and sounds!
